Walking in Grandma's Woods, 10/29/05
These are pictures from walking in the forest preserve near Norridge, IL,
not far from O'Hare. The colors of the trees are brilliant and beautiful
against the blue sky-- it truly inspires an appreciation, if not love, for
Fall, which I have discovered.
Each picture of the forest is unique. Look carefully at the trees, the
colors of the leaves, the way the light filters through the foliage... even
when the leaves fall, nature finds such ways to display itself. Such simple
beauty.
