Feel Good Snacks!

You won't feel guilty by eating these healthy concoctions...

Cucumbers and Lime
1. Sliced or diced cucumber
2. Squeezed fresh lime juice
3. Mint leaves or flakes
4 .Splash of red wine vinegar

Put in a bowl and enjoy... you'll be smacking your fingers from the tang of lime juice and refreshed by the crisp, cool cucumber.

Lettuce and Peanut Sauce
Just as it says... head lettuce pieces, or any lettuce you prefer, top it with peanut sauce, roll up and crunch! It is satisfying, believe me... just don't end up drinking half the bottle of peanut sauce.
Optional: top with crushed peanuts
